Affordable Prices: All in-store services are charged by flat rates so you won't be surprised, and you don't pay the diagnostic fee if you proceed with our recommended service. Our onsite services are $95/hour with a $55 minimum.

That "Chick" Thing: We like computers to be lean, fast and ready to use! We customize every computer with what we call that "chick" thing. It includes minimal desktop icons, removal of unnecessary and potentially damaging programs, installation of drivers / antivirus / antispyware / 5 additional programs, data replaced to original locations, customized desktop background, follow-up remote services, a copy of "Cheep Tips"...and more.

Focus on Family: We believe families should have a safe computing environment. That's why we offer assistance with child filtering, timers, snooping and monitoring. Even parents who know nothing about a computer can be in control of what their children do on the internet. Consulting and assistance with these services is always FREE of charge, as is some of the software.

We GUARANTEE our work: We're human, so if we missed something or your computer is still having problems, all you have to do is tell us...we'll do what we can to make it right (excludes parts, risky website/email usage, and not following contract).

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST...

We try to treat all our customers with the utmost of respect. However, individuals who bully, argue, act self-important, yell, need anger management therapy, or don't know how to handle themselves in public or on the phone are not welcome. Such individuals will be kicked out after being charged an additional $50 fee (cash only) should they find their way into our store (yes, we've actually done it). More than ever, we wish we didn't have to state this.
