Since it began in
2003, That Computer Chick has catered specifically to home and small
business computer users. Essentially, we specialize in you.
As your computing needs are changing and to help meet the growing needs of our customer's handheld
"computers," we expanded our repair
services to include cell phones, mobile devices (i.e., iPods, GPS,
Tablets, etc.) and game consoles. We guarantee our work,
communicate in
non-technical terms, and offer recommendations specific to your needs.
We work hard to maintain our great reputation and we love what we do.
OUR STAFF
Our staff is well
trained to assist you, whether in person, online, or by phone.
Technicians are hired for their computer expertise, customer service
skills, and total lack of "nerdiness." Most of all, each employee
is required to have a volunteer background in the community or a church
to ensure they care for others more than themselves. It creates an
environment of quality and confidentiality unmatched in the industry.
THAT "CHICK" THING
We
like computers to be lean, fast and ready to use! Every
computer is customized with what we call that "chick" thing. It includes minimal
desktop icons, removal of unnecessary and potentially damaging programs,
installation of drivers, antivirus, antispyware, and 5 additional
programs, customized desktop background, data is replaced to original locations
(where applicable), follow-up remote services, a copy of "Cheep Tips"...and
more.
