Welcome to That Computer Chick! We're a computer service company that specializes in meeting all the computing needs of residential and home-office users. We service laptop and desktop PCs, Macs, and iPods, and are tailored to individuals who want incredible service at great prices, without all the techno mumbo jumbo.
We have a great reputation in the community because our standards are high, our services are unbeatable...and we really do care. Don't settle for an imitation when you can have the original "Computer Chick!"
WHAT TO EXPECT:
In-store flat-rate services: Even if it takes longer than expected to fix your computer we'll never charge you more. Plus that, we cap our service fee at $225, so even if your computer needs some extra TLC we won't charge more for our time.

Our onsite services: We offer the same great services onsite that we do in our store, along with in-home networking and on-site computer setup services.
That "chick" thing: We customize every computer with what we call that "chick" thing, which includes: minimal desktop icons, unnecessary & potentially damaging programs removed, antivirus/antispyware installed, all data replaced to original locations, customized desktop background, defrag, drivers installed, a copy of "Cheep Tips"...and more. We like them lean, fast and ready to use!
We GUARANTEE our work: We're human, so if we did miss something or your computer is still having problems all you have to do is tell us...we'll attempt to make it right (does not include products we didn't work on or customer responsibilities, like checking data within 7 days).
Focus on Family: We believe families should have a safe computing environment. That's why we offer assistance with child filtering, timers, snooping and monitoring. Even parents who know nothing about a computer can be in control of what their children do on the internet. Consulting and assistance with these services is always FREE of charge, as is some of the software.
Our Staff: Our staff is well trained to assist you, whether in person, online or by phone. Technicians are hired for their computer expertise, customer service skills, and total lack of "nerdiness." Most of all, each employee is required to have a volunteer background in the community or a church to ensure they care for others more than themselves. It creates an environment of quality and confidentiality unmatched in the industry.
The owner and the stores: Linda began using computers in 1978 in the Silicon Valley. In 1988 she started and ran a small computer services and word-processing company for 15 years. After moving to Georgia she started That Computer Chick on January 16, 2003, to help meet the growing, changing market of residential computing. To help meet the demands of customers the Due West store was opened on April 30, 2005, and the Shallowford store was opened September 22, 2006.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST...
*We try to treat all our customers with the utmost of respect, no matter the income level. However, individuals who bully, argue, act self-important, yell, need anger management therapy, or don't know how to handle themselves in public or on the phone are not welcome. Such individuals will be kicked out after being charged an additional $50 fee (cash only) should they find their way into our store. We're not kidding.
