If you need to monitor everything and don't mind paying a fee, try Safe Eyes, CyberAlert or Spector Pro.
BACK UP YOUR DATA...FOR CHEAP: We HIGHLY recommend online backup storage like Mozy or Carbonite so you don't lose all your data. Once set up it does all the work for you! It's fully encrypted and easy to retrieve your data when you need it. And if you just need somewhere to park your data for a while try ADrive.
FREE ANTIVIRUS / ANTISPYWARE: We love Grisoft's free version of AVG. We don't care for their paid version, so call us before you buy. Ranked #1, this free product is just another way to help keep your computer in tip-top shape (REMOVE YOUR OLD ANTIVIRUS FIRST!). We recommend checking the virus vault regularly and deleting any Trojans so your computer runs the way it should. Antivirus / antispyware programs can't do everything: make wise choices online and in your email so you avoid unnecessary repairs!
