It's okay to be nice.  We've got free stuff and great advice. Hey look, that rhymes!

FRONT PAGE NEWS!
In April I got a call from Karen Rosen of the AJC asking if she could to do a feature story about our unique little company.  How could I turn down an offer like that?!  You can read the story on the front page of the Living section in your June 30, 2008 AJC, or online (click here).  THANK YOU to friends, family, my staff, customers, Karen Rosen, and Andy Sharp (AJC photographer) for making this possible!!

FREE ANTIVIRUS / ANTISPYWARE
We love Grisoft's free version of AVG.  We don't care for their paid version, so call us before you buy.  Ranked #1, this free product is just another way to help keep your computer in tip-top shape (REMOVE YOUR OLD ANTIVIRUS FIRST!).  We recommend checking the virus vault regularly and deleting any Trojans so your computer runs the way it should.  Antivirus / antispyware programs can't do everything:  make wise choices online and in your email so you avoid unnecessary repairs!

BEING PREPARED
We're sorry times are tough right now.  We hope the free products on this page help cut down on future computing costs.  In addition to our continued great service we're trying to ease your pain by keeping our prices low, donating what we can, and getting your equipment back as quickly as possible.  We know people's nerves are on edge right now, but please remember  it is NEVER okay to be rude, yell, act self-important, bully, threaten, or demand anything from me or my staff, no matter who you are, who you work for, or how much money you have. We are not a big box store that believes abuse from a customer is acceptable.
Besides being nice, you can help us help you by doing these few things:

1.  Ask questions before we begin the service on your computer.  We can't read your mind, so tell us if you don't understand something.

2.  Bring the power cord for your laptop, software that may need to be reloaded, and locate any passwords you may need once the computer is done.

3.  Pay attention to the contract and the GIGANTIC sign in our lobby. They clearly state turn-around times are ESTIMATES ONLY.

4.  Give us time to get our work done.  Don't call every 10 minutes with "is it ready yet?"  We always call when we're just about done.

5.  Most of all, PLEASE utilize my staff!  They're incredibly talented.  I can't possibly take or return everyone's call and most of the time your questions can be answered very quickly and accurately by either my assistant Betsy, or one of my technicians:  Kimberly and Andy at the Due West store or Ashley at the Shallowford store.
